The program covers Patients who are 40 years of age or older.
Tests can be done again provided that at least 12 months have passed since the first time they were done.

You can also call the hotline 989, or fill out an online survey posted in the Internet Patient Account (IKP). A referral is generated up to 2 business days.

Free tests available under the program

morphology,
Total cholesterol or lipidogram,
glucose,
ALATE, ASPAT, GTP,
blood creatinine,
general urinalysis,
Uric acid levels in the blood,
fecal occult blood,
PSA 3rd generation (total PSA),
blood pressure measurement,
Measuring weight, height, waist circumference and calculating body mass index (BMI).

The scope of tests on the e-referral is adjusted according to the information provided by the patient in the questionnaire.

Under the Prevention 40 Plus program, a patient can only be tested twice.

If a test is performed a second time, the referral is generated automatically and will contain the same set of tests.

Where you will do the research

You will perform the test at any CM Luxmed facility and Intake Point. The program is valid until December 31, 2024.

Test results are available at CM Luxmed - in the facilities: at the e-Kiosk or Registration, or online - to receive the results
